"A healthy mind resides in a healthy body.” – Juvenal
On June 21st, 2025, the parents and students (Pre primary wing) of Sparsh Global School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm by practicing yoga from their homes.
They independently engaged in various yoga postures and breathing techniques, promoting harmony between body, mind, and soul.
It was a beautiful reminder of the power of mindfulness and physical well-being.
