Small steps every day lead to big achievements tomorrow.
At Sparsh, we strongly believe in nurturing the 3C model—Confidence, Commitment, and Consistency—as core values that shape a child’s overall growth. With this vision in mind, and to imbibe the Value of the Month—Persistence—we conducted two different activities across Grades 7 and 8.
In Grade 7, students participated in the Ladder of Persistence, while Grade 8 focused on Small Steps, Big Change. Through these thoughtfully designed activities, students reflected on their journeys, recognised the importance of steady effort, and understood that persistence is built over time. These experiences helped reinforce our 3C model, as students gradually developed confidence in their abilities, showed commitment towards their goals, and practiced consistency in their actions.
