Sparshites Get Moving with PT Drills and Stretching Exercises
Our young Sparshites recently participated in an engaging physical activity session, learning various PT drills and stretching exercises. This interactive session aimed to promote physical fitness, flexibility, and overall well-being.
The children enthusiastically performed different PT drills, which helped improve their coordination, balance, and gross motor skills. They also learned various stretching exercises, which enhanced their flexibility and range of motion. This activity not only promoted physical health but also encouraged teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence. Our Sparshites had a blast getting moving and learning new exercises!
