Mindfulness Session IX-XII

On 25th April, the senior scholars of Sparsh Global School (Grades IX-XII) engaged in a transformative Mindfulness Session focused on the vital virtues of Gender Sensitivity and Inclusivity. At Sparsh, we believe that true professional excellence is rooted in inner stillness and the opening of the heart.

Led by the serene guidance of Ms. Manvi, the session provided a ‘Sanctuary of Silence' where students dismantled the architecture of stereotypes and unconscious bias. This soulful exploration highlighted the Careerism pillar of our 3C Model; in the modern global landscape, the ability to lead with Consent, Respect, and Emotional Intelligence is a non-negotiable competency. Through the rhythmic sanctuary of their breath, students are ascending into the mantle of inclusive leadership, poised to illuminate the global stage.
