In honour of International French Day (La Fête Nationale )– Bastille Day, our students embarked on a delightful journey on 14 July 2025 through the heart of France, celebrating its rich history, art, and culture through immersive and imaginative activities. Grade 6 showcased their creativity in Photo Booth – French Monuments, crafting iconic French landmarks using recycled materials; Grade 7 brought the spirit of France alive through French Corner, highlighting French cuisine, fashion, music, and more; Grade 8 hosted Living Gallery: Celebrating French Personalities, where students dressed up as notable French figures and gave a presentation; and Grade 9 recreated The Timeline of the Storming of the Bastille, offering a historical walk-through of key events from the French Revolution. The celebration deepened students' understanding of France’s historical and cultural significance.
