Experiential Learning: Global Perspective

Understanding different perspectives builds global citizens; learning rules together builds responsible ones.

In our recent Global Perspectives session, students explored what it means to be part of a connected world where respect, empathy, and collaboration go hand in hand. The highlight of the session was when learners took charge and created their own classroom rules, reflecting shared values of fairness, inclusion, and teamwork. Through discussions and group activities, they discovered how rules are not just restrictions but tools for harmony and growth both locally and globally.

By listening to diverse viewpoints and working together, students strengthened essential skills like communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving. This empowering experience reminded everyone that when students take ownership of their environment, they don’t just follow rules they build communities rooted in understanding and respect.
