“Awareness turns knowledge into wisdom.”

Sparsh Global School successfully hosted a two-day CBSE-led Capacity Building Programme on Inclusive Education on 6–7 January for all staff members of SGS, reaffirming its commitment to equity, empathy, and student-centric learning.

The workshop was facilitated by Dr Jyotsna Sharma, Ms Abhilasha Vashishth, Dr Mrinalini, and Dr Pratibha Upadhyaya, and featured engaging discussions, experiential activities, and reflective sessions. Educators explored the significance of inclusion, identification of diverse learning needs, and effective classroom strategies to support students with disorders and disabilities.

The sessions offered valuable insights into intervention techniques, differentiated instruction, assessment accommodations, and CBSE-aligned inclusive education policies.

The programme concluded with a collective resolve to create inclusive classrooms that celebrate diversity and ensure equal learning opportunities, in alignment with the school’s vision of excellence with compassion.
