On 5th July, students of Grades IX to XI participated in an enriching meditation workshop conducted by Ms. Shivaakshi, the school’s Yoga teacher.
The session emphasized the importance of meditation in helping students deal with academic pressure, anxiety, and distractions. Ms. Shivaakshi shared how regular practice can enhance concentration, emotional stability, and build a positive mindset.
Students engaged in guided breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises, experiencing a sense of calm and clarity. Many expressed feeling more focused and relaxed after the session.
The workshop successfully introduced students to the long-term benefits of meditation, encouraging them to adopt it as a daily habit for their holistic well-being and academic success.
